Innovative solutions for network connectivity
We live in a society that is increasingly reliant on communications technology; it’s a market that is constantly evolving and one that demands optimum performance. At Dynniq, we understand the challenges this brings, the importance of flexibility and the need for cost effective network solutions - after all, our telecommunications business is at the heart of everything we do.
At Dynniq, our telecommunications approach is that of supplier neutrality; in other words, we offer the best product for any particular solution without tying you in to a proprietary system or a bespoke solution. In doing so, this leaves you in control of your own future, of your own budget, in your own time; you control your own network infrastructure.
Our ‘spend to save’ propositions mean that we can help you to identify significant revenue savings; resulting in the delivery of a reliable, sustainable network infrastructure within a defined return on investment period.
Our ‘White Area Broadband’ and ‘Rural Broadband’ solutions can enable Superfast Broadband provision to reach next generation access (NGA) white and grey areas. By providing Superfast Broadband solutions we deliver infrastructure and services to areas where no broadband infrastructure is available, and none is likely to be delivered and available in the near future. By truly delivering Superfast Broadband solutions to everyone who requires connectivity and services, enabling digital inclusion in areas where previously they have been excluded.
From our Network Operations Centre (NOC) we monitor any digital communications, and/or telecommunications networks for alarms or certain conditions that may require special attention in order to avoid impact on network and service performance. We monitor power failures, communication line alarms; end asset and computer systems service delivery and performance issues that may affect services received by our customers. From within our NOC we have the capability to analyse problems, perform troubleshooting, communicate directly with our Network Engineers and track problems until they are resolved and service is restored back to our customers. Our NOC serves as the main focal point for all software troubleshooting, software distribution, and updating of switch, router and domain name management in coordination with affiliated networks and performance monitoring. Our service management is also delivered in-line with ITILv3 professional practice, and certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
Our Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions are technology-driven processes for analysing data and presenting actionable information to help both our internal and external customers to make more informed business, and service decisions. Our BI solutions suite encompasses a variety of tools, applications and methodologies to enable us to collect data from internal systems and external sources, prepare it for analysis, develop and run queries against the data, and create reports, dashboards and data visualisations to make the analytical results available to our customers as well as operational workers.
Our skills and expertise extend to the consultancy, design, installation, management and maintenance of wireless, copper, fibre optic and structured cabled networks; enabling us to offer an end to end, turnkey service. Furthermore, all projects are delivered using our own in-house team of designers, consultants, project managers, installation engineers and technicians. Geographical coverage is wide, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland.
